p2p just keeps rising

That dam is broken. Get the bottom line at Slyck News. Time for getting a volontary or compulsory blanket license in place for the p2p networks, IMHO.  Summary: " Although the mainstream media tends to report there is a decline in P2P and file-sharing usage, it appears this is largely incorrect.
