Mercora debate
Mercora is pushing the limits of p2p LEGAL webcasting - here's a good review of the legal discussion. I think Mercora will be very successful in providing music to people that are 'geeky' enough to download the software and deal with the particular way that the music is being dished up. Whether that can become a mass phenomena remains to be seen -I think there are other hot ideas in the oven that may be easier for the average user. But still - congrats to Mercora for pushing the limits.
